Does GymNudge automatically send WhatsApp messages?
No. GymNudge prepares a personalised reminder and opens WhatsApp with the message ready. The gym owner or staff member reviews it and taps send. GymNudge does not currently send messages automatically through the WhatsApp API.
Is the collection estimate guaranteed?
No. Due or at-risk amounts describe records in the workflow; they are not guaranteed future revenue.
