What exactly is GymNudge? +
A renewal-collection tool for gyms. It tracks every member's renewal date, prepares WhatsApp reminders with your UPI payment line that you send in one tap, flags members who've stopped showing up, and gives you a clear daily summary of what was collected. It does one job: getting renewals paid on time.
Do I have to replace my current software or Excel sheet? +
No. GymNudge sits alongside whatever you use today. Keep your gym software or register for everything else. GymNudge only takes over the chasing and collecting.
How do the WhatsApp messages work? +
GymNudge prepares each reminder with the right member details and your UPI payment line. You send it from your own WhatsApp in one tap, from the number your members already know and reply to. There is no WhatsApp Business API and nothing for your members to install. WhatsApp messaging is subject to plan limits, fair usage, or any provider charges that apply.
How do payments work? +
You can log cash collected at the desk, and share a UPI payment link or your UPI ID so members can pay from their phone. Cash and UPI land in the same member record and the same daily total. GymNudge is not a payment gateway, so any gateway or transaction charges are not included in your subscription.
How long does setup take? +
Usually one day. Send your member list, an Excel file or even a photo of your register, and we import it for you, free. Reminders can start going out the same evening.
What's the catch with founding pricing? +
No catch. It's an early-adopter deal: the founding price you sign up at stays your price for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, even after public prices go up. Founding plans cover one gym branch and prices exclude GST. Annual billing saves you about two months versus monthly.
Can I see it before committing? +
Yes. Every gym starts with a 14-day free trial: we set up your gym, import your member list and show you GymNudge live on your real workflows. No credit card required.
What happens when the trial ends? +
Nothing is charged automatically, because we never take your card. You choose a plan to continue, or walk away. Your data remains yours either way, and you can request a full export anytime.
Will it work on my phone? +
Yes. GymNudge runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. If WhatsApp works on your device, GymNudge does too.
